Product Overview

  • These new and improved G2N models come jam packed with new features to ‘outdo’ the previous models and which all feature a large 12.1" display with LED backlight and CHIRP 2D digital sonar. Includes GPS chart plotting with built-in Bluetooth, Ethernet networking capabilities, AutoChart Live with depth, vegetation and bottom hardness mapping, and unit cover.

  • Side Imaging's high-frequency beams reveal structure, cover, and contour changes with crystal clarity.
  • The dual beam feature combines two beams for enhanced detail and a wide coverage area. Use the narrow beam for high-accuracy returns and bottom. Use the wide beam when you want a larger search area
  • Get unparalleled Global Positioning Satellite technology out of the box. Many have their powerful Precision receiver built right in and provides fast position fixes accurate within 2.5 meters.

Sonar:

  • This makes use of their brilliant CHRIP 2D Digital sonar and DualBeam sonar similar to the other models, but without the high tech down imaging and side imaging features:

Sonar with DI:

  • This model uses the CHRIP 2D Digital sonar and DualBeam sonar, but also includes their specialised down imaging which created a high definition image of the depths directly below.

Sonar with Mega-DI & Mega-SI:

  • This is the superb 12X top end model which features all the technology under the sun in one neat package. Similar to the above model, this includes Mega Side Imaging technology so you can scan the areas beside your boat for fish, then hone in with the Mega Down Imaging for a precise view. Both Mega-SI & Mega-DI have been boosted to become Mega by reaching up to 1.2MHz, see below:
  • 455 kHz Side Imaging provides 800 ft of side to side coverage.
  • 455 kHz Down Imaging works to a depth of 400 feet.
  • 1.2 MHz Side imaging provides 250 feet of side to side coverage.
  • 1.2 MHz Down imaging works to a depth of 125 feet.
