The Gardner Safety Sling Mat is the ideal unhooking mat for stalking and also doubles up as a weigh sling. Featuring an improved design with thicker 50mm foam padding and a small zipped pocket for unhooking tools or a carp care kit.

when in use as a weigh sling can the open ends be zipped up? keeping the fish secure.

Hi Robert, You could in theory zip up the sides if you wanted to make double sure the fish wont escape. Regards TackleUK
