Hi Martyn, Prologic clothing sizes are a mystical science all of their own. The size chart we have quotes half sizes, that you then multiply to find the actual size. Its the same one on their website. http://www.prologicfishing.com/product/comfort-thermo-suit-2-pcs/ So doing the maths, the smallest size we do, the medium comes out as Chest 126cm - 49"
