Hi David, As they dont give any other measurements to go off I would just buy according to your waist size. Hi Stephen, Without knowing your actual waist measurement, I have no idea. Size wise, Vass list their largest 3XL size as'3XL (40-42"), the next size down at'XXL (38-40") and the'XLarge (36-38"). Bear in mind you will want to allow some room for underclothes etc too.
