I have one of these boxes that is about 40 years old, the lid has broken on it. If I get one of these new ones will the side trays I have still fit.

Do you have side trays for this model ?

Hi Darren, Not specific Daiwa ones but the Daiwa box and the Shakespeare box accessories are interchangeable. So you can but the Shakespeare side tray and they'll fit ok. At the moment though we only have the blue colour in stock. Regards TackleUK

Really nice looking seat box...BUT i found it VERY heavy to carry after i had packed my tackle inside and i had to walk half a mile to my fishing destination...I would only recommend using these seat boxes if you have means of transporting it or dont have to travel to far to where you are going to fish...Best is to get yourself a rucksack type back pack to carry your stuff and get yourself a camping chair...Much lighter to carry and not so heavy...BUT if you have a car and can park up close to your fishing location then this box might be ideal for your needs...
