1. Is 46cm the height of the seat? 2. What are the internal dimensions of the main compartment? I need it to hold an A3 pad (30 x 42 cm). Thanks for your help

Hello Linda. Yes 46cm is the height from the base to the seat. We're not sure about the internal dimensions as such, but the width is 34cm and the length is 30cm of the backpack itself.
