Top game tackle manufacturer Wychwood has teamed up with fly fishing star Charles Jardine to create a new range of fly lines.
Designed to eradicate the complexity of choice, which can often cause headaches for anglers when it come to fly lines, the new range of Charles Jardine lines consists of six freshwater categories: Presentation, Distance, Just Under, Mid-Water, Deep Water and The Bottom.
Each of the line types is designed for a specific purpose, as the names suggest, and comes in a number of different weights, with each line having its own straightforward explanation of what it does and when you should use it.
As well as the freshwater lines, the new range also includes two saltwater lines called Ride the Waves and Into the Blue – the former a floating line and the latter a sinking line.
Two seasons in development, the new range combines both Charles’ experience gained from coaching and of the rigorous demands placed on fly lines. As well as this, the new range also continues Wychwood’s tradition of affordable excellence, meaning you will be able to pick up a spool of high-quality fly line, confident in the knowledge that it will work for how you want to fish for less than 30quid.
