Can this handle carp of about 5lb straight away? Or would a new elastic need to be fitted fisrt?

Hi Lee, They're elasticated for smaller carp and silvers really so if you wanted to target bigger fish then a heavier elastic might be a good idea. Regards TackleUK'

You get 2 rigs with a size 14 hook on the line is about 3 metres long ,I use it for catching carp .I'm really happy with the pole & it's light weight'
