A timeless classic with a design that takes classical elements from its predecessor and combines these with modern machining and construction techniques, allowing both form and function to be blended together. Every component is engineered to be robust and reliable, giving longevity and performance under pressure. Machined from solid aluminium bar stock, the frame and spool are anodised to saltwater specification and are engineered for strength as well as having classical looks. For stopping power, it features a multi-layer stainless clutch system developed to give a smooth and faultlessly simple and efficient operation, over a wide range of settings.
They are all fitted as standard with a medium arbour spool and nickel silver fittings. Conversion from left to right-hand retrieve is achieved by simply releasing and turning over the drive hub.
It includes all of the features that you would expect to find in a modern production including a smooth efficient bearing combination that allows it to cope with the liveliest of fish. Anodised to a saltwater specification and all components are designed for saltwater as well as freshwater use. Components are designed for simple fault free performance under pressure and ease of maintenance. It is also designed to be as attractive to own as it is enjoyable to use.
