More than 1 million Exage reels have been sold since its launch making it one of the most popular reels ever. Exage is part of the P4 reel series and one of Shimano’s most popular reels. The new FD model has a sleek ‘M’ Compact Body design made from XGT-7 material containing 4 shielded stainless steel bearings and a roller bearing for smooth reliable performance. There are four sizes in the range covering most general, spinning and match fishing situations, all finished with champagne and gold graphics. The shallow spooled 3000 size is perfect for match fishing or spinning with thin mono or braided lines.
