Hi John, Typically you can usually swap the reel handle round to your preferred side. However, we still haven't actually seen any of these from Shimano yet to be able to cast iron confirm this. They were listed earlier on this year, but it would seem they are having some pretty severe stock issues at the moment.' Regards TackleUK
