Salt XT Bass rods feature a responsive fast actioned blank manufactured from top grade 24T carbon fibre. Fitted out with specialised salt water proof K guides creating a slimmer lighter rod. Designed to be as light as possible in the hand and for improved bite detection when you’re wading out into the surf. Available as both a two, or three piece model. The three piece ideal if your limited on transport and storage space.

Hi, can this rod be used for the Cape cod canal fishing for stripers or known as stripe bass in 50lbs to 70lb range also can this rod for be used large tope with baits ?

Hi Anderson, Same deal as your previous question Its a bass rod in the sense it's designed for targeting bass in UK waters. They're not really designed to handle the size of fish your after. If you'd like some suggestions for rods that might be more suited to what your after, try dropping our customer services team a message via our ticketing system.
