A telescopic version of Shimano’s popular entry-level Catana FX series of spinning rods. Offering Shimano quality and attention to detail at an unbeatable price point. This ultra-portable 2.7m rod packs down to a mere 69cm! ideal for stashing in the boot of your car or slipping into your suitcase when going on holiday.  Featuring a full carbon blank reinforced with Geofibre, a naturally derived material that provides rigidity and high tensile strength. Finished off with a quality VSS style reelseat and Shimano Hardlite guides. Available with a 10-30g, or 14-40g casting weight making them a great all round medium weight spinning rod ideal for throwing some lures from the rocks when you're on holiday.
