Will this fit my 13ft6 and zip up

Hi Scott The holdall has a length of 210cm which is just over 6.8ft, so I'm afraid it would be slightly too small for your rod. Kind regards Tackleuk

does this holdall have carry handles so that it can be carried by hand as well as over the shoulder. problems may occur when using the sandstorm rucksack with this holdall as I don't see them both being able to fit onto owner's back.

Hi Robert, The holdall is advertised as just having a padded shoulder strap. This can always be popped over one shoulder so can be worn with the rucksack. Kind regards Tackleuk
