The outer layer is made from a strong durable polyurethane coated fabric with a tested Hydrostatic pressure of 3000mm. Sandwiched between the inner and outer layers is a breathable TPU film, this allows the evaporation of body moisture preventing a build up of condensation to keep you warm and dry.
