A multi-purpose 8ft set up that is perfect for freshwater or seawater fishing. Hi is this set up left or right handed ?

Hi Joshua, The main image shows the handle as attached on the right hand side. As with most fixed spools you should be able to undo and reverse the handle over to the opposite side.
