Some of the features are found in the components, like the gear which is extremely durable and gives long lasting smoothness, strength and power, even in the toughest circumstances. The core protect prevents water intrusion into the rotor and body keeping internal parts working perfectly. These meet the serious anglers demand. The key features are rigidity, strong gearing and water resistance. The Hagane high rigidity body creates stiffness and impact resistance eliminating flexing. The power the angler puts on the handle is directed straight into cranking power with maximum efficiency, and so delivers amazing performance through toughness, precision engineering and innovation.
  • Super Stopper II eliminates backward movement and free play in the handle when the reel is set in anti-reverse.
  • S A-RB bearings are high corrosion resistant and have and extra shield for improved protection against sand, salt or dust.
  • The hagane gear is produced for their cold forging technology, without the need for additional machining. This delivers a long-lasting smoothness, strength, lightness and power at the very heart of every one of these items. Traditional die cast machined hears are less durable under heavy loads.
  • The Dyna-Balance reduces wobble during the retrieve by counter-balancing the rotor to enhance sensitivity and smoothness. By using computer balancing, they are able to redistribute the rotor weight to effectively eliminate vibrations.
  • The X-Ship is a combinations of features that work together to create much greater efficiency, by positioning the pinion gear close to the centre line of the large diameter drive gear, more power is transferred from the handle to the rotor. The pinion gear is also supported by two of their A-RB roller bearings. This creates more stab ability.
